Abstract
Fantasia park adalah sebuah gedung serba guna yang baru berdiri pada 15 april 2012 terletak jl.hos cokroaminoto no.43, ciledug – tanggerang 15157. Adalah Gedung serba guna yang menggabungkan unsur, fun dan hiburan dengan fasilitas yang lengkap dan memadai seperti waterpark, children playground, dan aula serba guna berguna untuk berbagai acara seperti resepsi pernikahan, birthday party, seminar, reuni selain itu juga terdapat taman bermain anak, kolam renang serta kuliner. Memiliki 3 lantai dan lantai 1 berkapasitas 100 sampai 500 orang daya tampung lantai 2 berkapasitas 100 sampai 400 orang dan lantai 3 berkapasitas 100 sampai 300 orang. Sistem reservasi yang berjalan masih menggunakan atau dilakukan secara manual seperti buku tamu dan papan info brosur, spanduk, bannerhal ini dirasa kurang efektif. untuk mempermudah pekerjaan dalam mengetahui dari sistem reservasi selain dengan menggunakan buku informasi, maka dicoba membuat alternatif lain dengan membuat sistem infromasi, dengan membuat sistem informasi reservasi berbasis web bertujuan untuk mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan Reservasi dan pembayaran yang simple dengan system yang mudah dimengerti dan dipahami
