Abstract

SMK Islam Assa’adatul Abadiyah adalah salah salah satu lembaga yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan dan akademik yang terletak di Jl. Tanjung Duren Dalam IV/25 Jakarta Barat. Dalam perkembangannya maka lembaga pendidikan ini membutuhkan sistem informasi yang memadai dalam mengelola dan manjalankan segala aktivitas sekolah. Salah satunya adalah sistem informasi e-learning pada SMK Islam Assa’adatul Abadiyah yang sekarang pembelajarannya belum terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik, sehingga masih memiliki banyak kekurangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah, khususnya untuk menangani masalah e-learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi e-learning sekolah berbasis web yang menggunakan komputer dan internet sebagai alat bantu dalam setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan di dalam sistem (terkomputerisasi). Dengan adanya sistem terkomputerisasi ini diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pada kinerja sekolah, membantu siswa dalam mengetahui hasil evaluasi belajar siswa tanpa harus datang ke sekolah cukup melihat melalui web online saja dan sekaligus mengurangi tingkat kesalahan pengolahan data. Aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman JSP (Java Server Page) dan MySQL sebagai database-nya. SMK Islam Assa'adatul Abadiyah is among one of the institutions engaged in the field of education and academic located on Jl. In Tanjung Duren West Jakarta IV/25. In its development the institution requires adequate information systems in managing and launching the all school activities. One is the system of academic information on Islam SMK Assa'adatul Abadiyah not computerized and are now well integrated. so it still has a lot of shortcomings in meeting the needs of schools, particularly to deal with e-learning issues. This study aims to design an information system is a web-based e-learning schools use computers and the Internet as a tool in any activity which is carried out in the system (computerized). With the computerized system is expected to be able to improve effectiveness and efficiency in the performance of schools, help students in knowing the results of the evaluation of student learning must come to school without enough to see through the web online course and at the same time reducing the error rate of data processing. This application uses the programming language JSP (Java Server Page) and MySQL as its database.
