Abstract
PT. Telkomsigma memiliki pekerjaan pemeliharaan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak pada proyek pemeliharaan Sistem Border Control Management Imigrasi. Salah satu pekerjaan yang harus dilakukan adalah melakukan kegiatan preventive maintenance. Kegiatan Preventif Maintenance pada Direktorat Sistem Teknologi Informasi Keimigrasian Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi merupakan kegiatan yang diadakan secara rutin untuk menjalankan pemeliharaan semua sumber daya perangkat sistem informasi (perangkat keras/perangkat lunak) yang tersebar pada Kantor Wilayah, Kantor Imigrasi, DRC, Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi, Rumah Detensi Imigrasi dan Kantor Instansi Keimigrasian lainnya.Pemeliharaan Perangkat Keras dan perangkat lunak yang ada dalam Sistem keimigrasian dilaksanakan agar perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak selalu dalam kondisi baik dan siap digunakan dalam menunjang pelaksanaan pelayanan tugas dan operasional keimigrasian yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan Perlintasan, Cekal, Penyidikan dan Penindakan Keimigrasian kepada masyarakat. Sistem Informasi Laporan Pekerjaan Preventive Maintenance akan membantu PT. Telkomsigma dalam membuat Laporan Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan ini disusun oleh dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan yang tercantum pada Perjanjian Pekerjaan Pemeliharaan Perangkat Keras Sistem Keimigrasian. Dalam hal itu meliputi laporan perkerjaan preventive maintenance, laporan pengecekan kapasitas harddisk, dan laporan pengecekan aplikasi. PT. Telkomsigma have maintenance work hardware and software maintenance projects Border Control Management System Immigration . One of the jobs that must be done is to perform preventive maintenance activities . Preventive Maintenance activities at the Directorate of Immigration Information Technology Systems Directorate General of Immigration is an event held on a regular basis to carry out maintenance of all device resources information system (hardware / software ) that is spread on the Regional Office , Immigration Office , DRC , Immigration Check Point , Home Immigration Detention and Immigration Agency Office of others . Hardware maintenance and software in the immigration system is implemented for the hardware and software are always in good condition and ready for use in supporting the implementation of the immigration service and operational tasks associated with service crossings , Block , Investigation and Enforcement Immigration to the public . Information Systems Preventive Maintenance Work Report will help PT . Telkomsigma in making this work Implementation Report prepared by in order to meet the provisions of the Employment Agreements Hardware Maintenance Immigration System . In the event that includes preventive maintenance job reports , checking report hard drive capacity , and reports checking applications.
