Abstract
Kemajuan Teknologi mendorong manusia untuk melakukan berbagaipenelitian, berbagai inovasi, berbagai ide yang dapat dikembangkandikemudian hari sehingga membantu manusia untuk menuju kehidupan yanglebih maju dan berwawasan teknologi.Teknologi yang ada saat ini tidakmengenal waktu, perkembangannya sudah sangat pesat.Berbagai produkdan inovasi terbaru, terus diciptakan dan dikembangkan untuk memudahkanmanusia. Teknologi Informasi ( Information Teknologi ) atau yang lebihdikenal dengan sebutan IT, merupakan teknologi yang menjadi trend padasaat ini.Proses Painting Contractor antara Client dan Qs. Manageruntuk melakukan suatu tender dalam satu proyek tersebut. Kemudian dilaporkan kepada Direktur bahwa Client tersebut memberikan suatu proyek pengecatan rumah tinggal, perkantoran, toko, ruko, workshop, hotel, pabrik, gudang, rumah sakit, gedung bertingkat, apartemen, tower telekomunikasi, parkiran, untuk melakukan pengecetan tempat tersebut. Dalam hal ini Qs. Manager membuat jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek dan batas akhir penyelesaiannya. Kemudian, memberikan laporan perkembangan proyek berjalan berdasarkan jumlah tender yang saat ini sedang berjalan.Serta, memberikan laporan biaya keseluruhan Proyekpada PT. Gerindo Indahtama Sukses. Kata kunci :Painting Contractor , Qs. Manager,Client Technological advancement encourage people to do various research, innovations, ideas that can be developed in the future thus helping people to lead lives of more advanced and insightful technologies. The technology exists today does not know the time, progress has been very rapid. Various products and the latest innovations, constantly created and developed to facilitate human. Information Technology or better known as IT, a technology that is becoming a trend at the moment.Painting Contractor process between client and Qs. Manager to conduct a tender in one such project. Then reported to the Director that the client gives a painting project homes, offices, stores, shops, workshops, hotels, factories, warehouses, hospitals, high rise buildings, apartments, telecommunication tower, parking lot, to the point panting. In this case Qs. Manager to make the project work implementation schedule and deadline for completion. Then, the progress report of the project based on the number of tenders that are currently runnin . As well, the cost of the overall project report on PT . Gerindo Indahtama Sukses.
