Abstract

Manajemen Aset adalah kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mengolah data aset, terutama aset pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang seiring berkembangnya perusahaan tersebut yang kemudian semakin bertambahnya aset-aset perusahaan. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset yang dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah karyawan perusahaan untuk mengolah data aset yang semakin lama semakin bertambah.Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset juga berguna untuk mengetahui status masa habis barang. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi sekarang ini Manajemen aset sudah berpindah dari proses manual ke proses komputerisasi, dengan menggunakan metode waterfall untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas, dalam pengembanganya sistem ini menggunakan metode analisa berorientasi objek UML (Unified Modelling Language) seperti Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram dan Class Diagram, dan Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan dalam aplikasi ini ialah scripting PHP dan database MySQL, dengan melihat permasalahan diatas akhirnya penulis tertarik untuk membuat “Perancangan Sitem Informasi Manajemen Aset dan Inventaris pada PT. Rama Chemical”. Dengan dibuatnya aplikasi tersebut, penulis berharap dapat mempermudah pengelolaan aset dan terciptanya manajemen aset yang terintegrasi. Asset management is an activity that aims to process data assets, especially in companies that always increase the assets of their companies. Asset Management Information System created with the aim to facilitate the company's employees to process the data assets that are always increase everytime. Asset Management Information System is also useful to determine the validity period of the assets. With the development of technology, it has been moved from manual process to a computerized process using the waterfall method to overcome the problems. The system using object-oriented analysis method UML (Unified Modeling Language) as Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram and Class Diagrams, and the programming language used in the application is PHP scripting and MySQL database. Based on these problem, the authors are interested in making "Designing Information System Asset Management and Inventory at PT. Rama Chemical". By making the application, the authors hope to simplify the management of assets and create an integrated asset management.
