Abstract
The purpose of this study was to create an information system that can help improve the efficiency of time in the complaints management process problems that often occur in the project. The goal is to analyze the process and project management system that is currently running to solve the problem. The methodology and approach used in this paper is a method of analysis, data collection methods, system design method. The analytical method for analyzing the information systems needs of complaints and status of project management issues at PT. ALMITA JALAMAYA Jakarta. Design method is to design a system so that data can be quickly processed and presented in the form of information that can accelerate project management. The results obtained are expected to process data quickly, precisely, and accurately so you can help the project management process. Thus, with the Complaints and Information Systems Management Issues Status This project will facilitate the management of the project. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk membuat suatu aplikasi sistem informasi yang dapat membantu peningkatan efisiensi waktu dalam proses pengelolaan pengaduan masalah dalam proyek yang sering terjadi. Tujuannya untuk menganalisis proses dan sistem pengelolaan proyek yang sedang berjalan untuk memecahkan masalah. Metodologi dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode analisis, metode pengumpulan data, metode perancangan sistem. Metode analisis untuk menganalisis kebutuhan akan sistem informasi pengaduan dan status masalah pengelolaan proyek pada PT. ALMITA JALAMAYA Jakarta. Metode perancangan dilakukan untuk merancang suatu sistem agar data dapat diproses secara cepat dan disajikan dalam bentuk informasi sehingga dapat mempercepat pengelolaan proyek. Hasil yang dicapai diharapkan mampu mengolah data dengan cepat, tepat, dan akurat sehingga dapat membantu proses pengelolaan proyek. Dengan demikian, dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pengaduan dan Status Masalah Pengelolaan Proyek ini akan mempermudah pengelolaan proyek.
