Abstract
PT Surya Cipta Internusa is a company that has bussiness in the field of transmission and distribution of natural gas that have been tested and reliable which is supported by a solid commitment in fulfilling power demand gas in Indonesia. PT Surya Cipta Internusa has two business units namely distribution and transmission gas through pipelines across in Jawa Timur. Currently, there are problems on sales or quotation gas supply gas or conducted by the division of sales as well in the process of bidding the price of gas, sales quotation gas, purchase gas and give fees for sales and facilitate monitoring sales performance by sales manager and making report becomes effective and effecient. Therefore, the authors conducted an analysis, create design and build a system information sales quotation with PHP Framework CodeIgniter and MySQL. PT Surya Cipta Internusa merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki bisnis dalam bidang transmisi dan distribusi gas bumi di Indonesia. Sebagai penyedia gas bumi berupa Liquified Natural Gas dan Compressed Natural Gas. Saat ini pada divisi sales PT Surya Cipta Internusa belum adanya aplikasi yang dapat membantu pada proses penjadwalan sales, penawaran gas yang dilakukan oleh sales, penjualan gas maupun dalam proses laporannya. Hal ini sering membuat sales manager belum maksimal dalam melihat kinerja sales serta pemberian komisi untuk sales yang telah memenuhi target penjualan gas yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Untuk mendukung kelancaran kerja pada pada divisi sales, perusahaan membutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat membantu mempercepat proses tersebut. Aplikasi sales quotation gas diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses penawaran harga gas, penjualan gas serta dalam proses pembuatan laporannya. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat mendokumentasikan proses penjadwalan sales, penawaran harga gas, penjualan gas sampai dengan proses laporan penjualan gas dan laporan komisi untuk sales dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan Framework CodeIgniter dan MySQL.
