Abstract

An organization is not detached from the issue of the delivery of information that often occurs trouble. Some difficulties can be overcome with a good information system conducted computerized. Observations were made on the youth organization in HKBP Kutabumi, the authors pay attention to information delivery systems still do simple, as in the case of delivery of information, data records and activities of members, the expression of aspiration in terms of document management and irregular, thus allowing the currently ongoing process an error in the listing, the data loss, lack of accurate information presented and limited every article written and aspirations received. By this author gives a view of the accuracy in the process of delivering the data by using a web-based system that has been. With the web-based system, it will ease the process of search and update the data for a more accurate information, as well as the computerized system can achieve an effective and efficient activities in supporting activities and services on this organization. The system will be used by the author is a software program that created a web-based. With the introduction of the information system it is expected that the system of delivering information to all members will be fast and accurate because it comes from the same source. Sebuah organisasi tidaklah terlepas dari persoalan penyampaian informasi yang seringkali terjadi kesulitan. Kesulitan – kesulitan tersebut bisa diatasi dengan adanya sebuah sistem informasi yang baik yang dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi. Pengamatan dilakukan pada organisasi pemuda/i di gereja HKBP Kutabumi, penulis memperhatikan sistem penyampaian informasi masih dilakukan sederhana, seperti dalam hal penyampaian informasi, pencatatan data anggota dan kegiatan, penyampaian aspirasi maupun dalam hal manajemen dokumen yang tidak teratur, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, terjadi kehilangan data, kurang akuratnya informasi yang disampaikan dan terbatasnya setiap artikel yang ditulis maupun aspirasi yang diterima. Dengan ini penulis memberikan pandangan tentang keakuratan di dalam proses penyampaian suatu data dengan mempergunakan suatu sistem yang telah berbasis web. Dengan adanya sistem yang berbasis web ini, maka akan mempermudah proses pencarian dan memperbaharui suatu data untuk sebuah informasi yang lebih akurat, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas dan pelayanan pada organisasi ini. Adapun sistem yang akan dipergunakan oleh penulis adalah berupa suatu program software yang dibuat berbasis web. Dengan diperkenalkannya sistem informasi ini maka diharapkan sistem penyampaian informasi ke seluruh anggota akan cepat dan akurat karena berasal dari sumber yang sama.
