Abstract

Teknologi yang semakin berkembang saat ini dapat membantu pekerjaan manusia. Begitu juga dalam hal pengajuan dan persetujuan memo BOM(Branch Operational Management) pada PT FIFGROUP yang saat ini masih menggunakan kertas membuat proses pengajuan memo menjadi cukup lama. Selain harus menginput manual nomor memo, user harus mengetahui bagaimana format penulisan memo untuk setiap pengajuan. Skripsi dengan judul “Sistem Informasi Pengajuan dan Persetujuan Memo Branch Operation Management (BOM) pada PT. FIFGROUP” yang akan dibangun, dapat membantu memudahkan proses pengajuan memo. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses pengisian data, persetujuan dari BM/MM/Kawil, persetujuan dari departemen BOM yang otomatis ter-generate menjadi tiket ITSM dapat dilakukan melalui sistem ini. Sehingga dapat membantu mempercepat proses pengajuan dan dapat menerapkan paperless karena menghemat penggunaan kertas. Sistem yang dibuat berbasis web menggunakan HTML, PHP, Javascript, CSS sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan SDLC dengan model waterfall. The development of technology today can help humans work. Including in the case of filing and BOM (Branch Operational Management) memo approval at PT. FIFGROUP who currently still using papers in processing submissions which takes longer time. Apart from having to manually input the memo number, user must know how to write memo in proper format for each submission. The final project entitled "Sistem Informasi Pengajuan dan Persetujuan Memo Branch Operation Management (BOM) pada PT. FIFGROUP" which will be built could ease the process of memo submitting. With this system, the process of data entry and approval from BM/MM/Branch Office, approval from BOM department will generated automatically into ITSM tickets can be done through this system. It can help to accelerate the submission processes which also implement a paperless filing system. The system will be built on web-based using HTML,PHP, Javascript, CSS as Programming Languages and using MySQL for database. The system development method will be using SDLC with Waterfall model.
