Abstract

The rapid development of today’s tehnology makes itu possible to tranform a manual system to a computerized system. And it can also be applied to PT.Fas jawar who is still using manual system in recording the receipt of the project, work order making, news making events and invoices. Monitoring the implementation of information systems PT.Fas Jawara can provide benefits that such work would be more effective and efficient. Methodolody of data collection and analysis using theoretical analyzes and acceptance of information systems in general and monitoring projects are running. And inteviews with the company concerned to find out the problems and to investigate the acceptance of business process projects, making work order, create invoices and news system that runs the show. For the analysis and design of information system is using with the object oriented approach where evertything is described in the notation. At least the acceptance of information system and monitoring can runs as excected and allows users to apply. Pesatnya perkembangan tehnologi saat ini memungkinkan untuk mengubah sistem manual menjadi sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Dan hal ini juga dapat diterapkan pada PT.Fas Jawara yang sampai saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan penerimaan proyek, pembuatan wo, pembuatan berita acara dan invoice. Penerapan sistem informasi monitoring pada PT.Fas Jawara ini dapat memberikan manfaat yaitu pekerjaan tersebut akan lebih efektif dan efisien. Metodologi analisa menggunakan pengumpulan data dan menganalisa secara teoritis system informasi penerimaan dan monitoring proyek secara umum dan yang sedang berjalan.kemudian melakukan wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan yang bersangkutan untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi serta untuk mengetahui proses bisnis penerimaan proyek, membuat wo, membuat invoice dan berita acara sitem yang berjalan. Sedangkan analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek di mana semuanya digambarkan dalam notasi. Simpulan bahwa sistem informasi penerimaan dan monitoring ini dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan memudahkan user dalam mengaplikasikannya
