Abstract
Rehabilitasi ruang kelas merupakan stimulus kegiatan Direktorat Pembinaan Sekolah Dasar yang dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Sehingga ketersediaan, kebenaran dan kepastian informasi dari kegiatan rehabilitasi harus merepresentasikan kondisi terkini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan proses pembinaan, pertanggungjawaban dan audit keuangan. Pengelolaan data-data rehabilitasi idealnya harus terintegrasi dalam satu kesatuan database. Sehingga perlu dibangun aplikasi yang mampu mengelola proses administrasi rehabilitasi secara konsisten. Dalam perancangan aplikasi pengelolaan administrasi rehabilitasi ruang kelas, digunakan metodologi agile software development dengan pendekatan extrem programming process untuk menguraikan setiap aktivitas dalam setiap tahapan perancangan. Tahapan design dan implementasi dibatasi pada modul proses pengelolaan bantuan rehabilitasi ruang kelas yang tediri dari input usulan, proses input data verifikasi, proses pengajuan pencairan dana, proses pengelolaan datadata retur, dan penanganan laporan pertanggungjawaban sekolah. Implementasi perancangan database dan struktur data menggunakan MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman java digunakan dalam proses implementasi pemrograman dengan memanfaatakan Netbeans 7.4 sebagai editor. Dengan dibangunnya sistem administrasi untuk kegiatan rehabilitasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu memenuhi kebutuhan data-data dan informasi dari kegiatan rehabilitasi ruang kelas secara cepat dan akurat. Sehingga informasi yang sajikan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu pertimbangan dalam proses perencanaan, pengambilan kebijakan, monitoring, evaluasi dan pemeriksaan. Rehabilitation of the damaged classrooms is a program provided by the Directorate of Primary School Development which is implemented continually. Availability, accuracy and certainty of rehabilitation information should reflect the actual conditions that can be used to meet the coaching process, accountability and financial audit. Ideally, rehabilitation data management should be integrated into one database. So it is necessary to build an application that could manage the process of rehabilitation administration consistently. Agile Development used for application design, with a focus on extreme programming approach to describe activity of planning. The design and implementation are limited into the module of management process. It consists of proposal inputs, the process of verification data inputs, the process of proposing fund disbursement, the process of managing return data, and the managing of the school accountability report. Java is used in the implementation of programming code, supported the use of MySQL DBMS. Hopefully, the development of adminstration system for rehabilitation program could be helpful in meeting the needs of data and information promptly and accurately, particularly those releated to the rehabilitation of damaged classrooms. Therefore, the presented information might be useful as a consideration in planning, policy-making, monitoring, evaluation and auditing.
