Abstract
PT Multi Makmur Indah Industrial is a company engaged in industrial manufacturing metal cans. In light of the growing competition in the same effort, demanding high productivity gains, which according to the writer's observation is still a lot of flaws or the level of productivity is still low and needs to be improved. The observations focused on the products that are expected to be seeded next future is canned products Cat 1 Kg where with the rapid development of various kinds in the country, is expected to provide opportunities for companies to penetrate a wider market .From the data for 6 months are from January 2015 through June 2015 using 5 different ratio criterion, Objective Matrix Method with the unknown level of productivity of the production line is still low at a maximum of 273 of the best capabilities that can be achieved. While the Overall Equipment Effectiveness Assembly Machines Paint Cans 1 Kg / Type 407 is 51.60% is still well below the International Standards is > 85% PT Multi Makmur Indah Industri merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang industri kaleng metal. Mengingat makin bertumbuhnya persaingan dibidang usaha yang sama, menuntut peningkatan produktivitas yang tinggi, yang menurut pengamatan penulis masih banyak kekurangan atau tingkat produktivitasnya masih rendah dan perlu ditingkatkan. Pengamatan difokuskan pada produk yang diharapkan akan menjadi unggulan dimasa yang mendatang yaitu produk kaleng Cat 1 Kg dimana dengan semakin pesatnya berbagai macam pembangunan di tanah air, diharapkan dapat memberikan peluang bagi perusahaan untuk menembus pasar yang lebih luas .Dari data selama 6 bulan yaitu dari Januari 2015 sampai Juni 2015 menggunakan 5 macam kriteria Rasio, dengan Metode Objective Matrix maka diketahui tingkat produktivitas line produksi tersebut masih rendah yaitu 273 dari maksimal kemampuan terbaik yang dapat dicapai. Sedangkan Overall Equipment Effectiveness Mesin Assembly Kaleng Cat 1 Kg / Type 407 adalah 51.60 % masih jauh di bawah Standar Internasional yaitu > 85 %
