Abstract
This research took place at PT Mentaya Sinergi Perkasa, which was facing obstacles in financial recording and reporting which were still done manually using Microsoft Excel, resulting in problems such as reporting delays, recording errors, and difficulty in tracking historical data. This study aimed to design the UI/UX of the internal website of the financial reporting and recording system using the Design Thinking method through the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. The results of the study were a high-fidelity prototype and a Figma-based prototype that included eight main system modules. Testing in this study was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) on 20 respondents resulting in an average score of 81.00 in the Good category and testing the User Experience Questionnaire Short (UEQ) resulting in an average score of 1.89 in the Excellent category, proving that this prototype was worthy of being used as a blueprint for the actual system development by PT Mentaya Sinergi Perkasa. Kata kunci: UI/UX, Design Thinking, Financial Reporting System, SUS, UEQ Short, Internal Website. Penelitian ini terjadi di PT Mentaya Sinergi Perkasa yang sedang menghadapi kendala pada pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel, sehingga menimbulkan sebuah masalah yaitu keterlambatan pelaporan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan sulitnya penelusuran data historis. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang UI/UX website internal sistem pelaporan dan pencatatan keuangan menggunakan metode Design Thinking melalui tahapan Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Testing. Hasil penelitian berupa prototipe high-fidelity dan sebuah prototype berbasis Figma yang mencakup delapan modul utama sistem. Pengujian pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap 20 responden menghasilkan skor rata-rata 81,00 kategori Good dan pengujian User Experience Questionnaire Short (UEQ) menghasilkan skor rata-rata 1,89 kategori Excellent, membuktikan bahwa prototype ini dihasilkan layak dijadikan cetak biru pengembangan sistem sesungguhnya oleh PT Mentaya Sinergi Perkasa.
