Abstract

The low level of student numeracy literacy and the limited access to interactive Jarimatika learning prompt the need for innovation in educational digitalization. This study aims to design and build a website-based Jarimatika learning application that integrates artificial intelligence (Client-Side AI), gamification elements, and Real-Time Multiplayer features. The system is developed using the Laravel framework as the Backend, WebRTC protocol for Peer-to-Peer video streaming, and WebSocket service (Pusher API) for asynchronous match data synchronization. The Google MediaPipe Hands module is implemented to extract 21 finger landmarks autonomously through the user's web browser, eliminating visual computational dependency on the server. Furthermore, the system applies a Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment (DDA) algorithm based on time and score performance to ensure the difficulty curve adapts automatically and systematically based on the player's performance metrics. Test results show that the Multiplayer network architecture operates optimally with an average WebRTC latency of 10 ms and WebSocket score synchronization latency of 2.50 seconds, satisfying the Soft Real-Time specifications. The AI detection accuracy test recorded a 92% success rate. Functional Testing (Black Box) confirmed that all gamification components (Experience Points, Leveling, Leaderboard) and DDA algorithm logic operate validly. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pembelajaran Jarimatika berbasis website yang mengintegrasikan kecerdasan buatan (Client-Side AI), elemen gamifikasi, dan fitur Real-Time Multiplayer. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel sebagai Backend, protokol WebRTC untuk aliran video Peer-to-Peer, serta layanan WebSocket (Pusher API) untuk sinkronisasi data pertandingan secara asinkron. Modul Google MediaPipe Hands diimplementasikan untuk mengekstraksi 21 titik landmark jari secara otonom melalui peramban web pengguna, menghilangkan ketergantungan komputasi visual pada peladen. Selain itu, sistem menerapkan algoritma Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment (DDA) berbasis performa waktu dan skor untuk memastikan kurva kesulitan beradaptasi secara otomatis dan sistematis berdasarkan metrik performa pemain. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan arsitektur jaringan multipemain beroperasi secara sangat optimal dengan rata-rata latensi WebRTC sebesar 10 ms dan latensi sinkronisasi skor WebSocket sebesar 2,50 detik, memenuhi spesifikasi Soft Real-Time. Pengujian akurasi deteksi AI mencatatkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 92%. Pengujian fungsional (Black Box) mengonfirmasi bahwa seluruh komponen gamifikasi (Experience Points, Leveling, Leaderboard) dan logika algoritma DDA berjalan valid. Implementasi ini berhasil menciptakan platform pembelajaran kompetitif yang interaktif, andal, dan adaptif untuk mendukung kemampuan numerasi anak.
