Abstract
Internal Quality Audit (AMI) is an essential component of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) used to evaluate compliance with higher education standards. Currently, the implementation of AMI at Universitas Mercu Buana relies on manual management using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive. This conventional approach leads to difficulties in real-time monitoring, data inconsistency, and delays in reporting and follow-up actions. This study aims to design and develop an integrated web-based Internal Quality Audit information system. The system development applies the Agile method in three iteration cycles to ensure flexibility regarding user requirements and utilizes a Low-Code Development Platform approach using PHP 8.1-based Scriptcase and MySQL database to accelerate the development cycle. In addition to digitizing the audit process, this system successfully integrates the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm at the database level to automatically and objectively rank the performance of work units per academic year based on the ratio of audit findings. Functional testing using Black Box Testing demonstrates a 100% success rate across all developed modules. Meanwhile, the user experience evaluation measured using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) with 21 respondents yields highly positive sentiments with average scores above 0.8 across all scales. Based on global benchmarks, Dependability (1.61), Stimulation (1.52), and Novelty (1.18) are classified as "Good," while Perspicuity (1.54), Attractiveness (1.52), and Efficiency (1.50) are categorized as "Above Average". This system is proven to provide an effective, efficient, and objective audit solution to support managerial decision-making for sustainable quality improvement. Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) merupakan komponen penting dalam Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) untuk mengevaluasi kepatuhan terhadap standar pendidikan tinggi. Saat ini, pelaksanaan AMI di Universitas Mercu Buana masih mengandalkan pengelolaan manual menggunakan Microsoft Word, Excel, dan Google Drive. Pendekatan konvensional ini mengakibatkan kendala dalam pemantauan real-time, inkonsistensi data, serta keterlambatan dalam pelaporan dan tindak lanjut temuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi Audit Mutu Internal berbasis web yang terintegrasi. Pengembangan sistem menerapkan metode Agile melalui tiga siklus iterasi untuk memastikan fleksibilitas terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pengguna, serta memanfaatkan pendekatan Low-Code Development Platform menggunakan Scriptcase berbasis PHP 8.1 dan database MySQL untuk mempercepat siklus pengembangan. Selain digitalisasi proses audit, sistem ini berhasil mengintegrasikan algoritma Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) pada tingkat basis data untuk melakukan pemeringkatan kinerja unit kerja secara otomatis dan objektif per tahun akademik berdasarkan rasio hasil temuan audit. Hasil pengujian fungsional menggunakan Black Box Testing menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% sukses pada seluruh modul yang dikembangkan. Sementara itu, evaluasi pengalaman pengguna menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) terhadap 21 responden menghasilkan sentimen positif dengan skor rata-rata di atas 0,8 untuk seluruh aspek. Berdasarkan hasil benchmark global, skala Ketepatan (1,61), Stimulasi (1,52), dan Kebaruan (1,18) berada dalam kategori Good. Sedangkan skala Kejelasan (1,54), Daya Tarik (1,52), dan Efisiensi (1,50) berada dalam kategori Above Average. Penelitian ini berhasil menghadirkan solusi sistem audit yang efektif, efisien, dan objektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial demi peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang berkelanjutan.
