Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kerugian yang didapatkan oleh kebocoran sistem udara tekan yang bisa memangkas biaya operasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menghidupkan mesin kompresor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode mengolah data. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mencari dan mencatat jumlah kebocoran yang terdapat pada wilayah distribusi seperti sistem pemipaan, sistem pemanfaatan, sistem sambungan, dll. Setelah didapatkan hasil pengolahan data tersebut dapat diketahui seberapa besar energi yang terbuang dan penghematan yang dilakukan. This study aimed to find out how big the losses generated by the leakage of compressed air systems that can save operating costs required to operating the engine compressor. The method used in this research method of processing data. The steps of the research is looking for and record the number of leaks were found in the area such as the distribution piping system, system utilization, system connections, etc. Having obtained the data processing, it is known how much energy is wasted and savings made.
