Abstract

Nowadays all of duty in a company demanding to be resolved quickly, effectively and efficiently. The speed for the latest information received in time has become a demand for time management. Therefore the system has to provide information on the schedule of work very useful for project monitoring and evaluation for performance for everyone. Project scheduling system has to be easy use and accessed wherever and whenever while internet network is available. Good reporting helping the process of making decision for management to get best results. Recording work schedule activities make easy to remember activities to avoid mistakes in managing a task that affects the other schedule and the risk of loss cost can be avoided. As service providers ( PT Arisma Data Setia ) should fulfill the standard of work that has been agreed that not over limit time which could make customers less comfortable and did not believe to cooperate again in the future.
