Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021–2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh melalui situs resmi BEI. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu sehingga diperoleh 31 perusahaan retail dengan total 75 data observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik biner dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan solvabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial distress. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and solvency on financial distress in retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021–2023 period. This research is quantitative in nature using secondary data obtained from annual financial reports available on the official IDX website. The research sample was determined using the purposive sampling method based on specific criteria, resulting in 31 retail companies with a total of 75 observations. The data analysis method employed in this study is binary logistic regression with the assistance of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results indicate that profitability has a significant negative effect on financial distress, liquidity has no significant effect, while solvency has a significant positive effect on financial distress.
