Abstract
This study discusses the design of a mixed-use building as a business lifestyle hub in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, which faces issues of urban density and high building energy consumption. The objective of this design is to develop a building concept that integrates residential, office, and commercial functions through the application of energy-efficient architectural principles. The methodology includes literature review, site analysis, climate analysis, and a sustainable architectural design approach. The design results indicate that building mass orientation, façade treatment, and the application of natural ventilation strategies can improve thermal comfort while reducing dependence on artificial energy. This study concludes that the implementation of green building concepts in mixed-use developments can serve as an effective solution for promoting environmental sustainability in urban areas. Keywords: mixed-use building, sustainable architecture, energy efficiency, urban area Perancangan ini membahas perancangan bangunan mixed use sebagai business lifestyle hub di kawasan Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, yang menghadapi permasalahan kepadatan perkotaan dan tingginya konsumsi energi bangunan. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah menghasilkan konsep bangunan yang mampu mengintegrasikan fungsi hunian, perkantoran, dan komersial dengan menerapkan prinsip arsitektur hemat energi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, analisis tapak, analisis iklim, serta pendekatan desain arsitektur berkelanjutan. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan orientasi massa bangunan, desain fasad, dan penerapan ventilasi alami dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan termal serta mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap energi buatan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep bangunan hijau pada bangunan mixed use dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan perkotaan.
