Abstract

This aims of this research is to analyze the influence of fundamental factors which is proxied by Return on Asset, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operating Expense on Operating Income and Net Profit Margin to the stock return at banking company which’s listed at BEI (period 2008 – 2011). There are seventeen companies are taken as samples research which collected using purposive sampling method. Data is analyzed by descriptive statistic analysis, classic assumption tests, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis test, and multiple linier regression method. The result of this research indicates that simultaneously, Return on Asset, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operating Expense on Operating Income and Net Profit Margin influence significant to the stock return. But partially, only Return on Asset and Net Profit Margin have significant influences to the stock company.
