Abstract

Di kawasan yang memiliki aktivitas pergeseran lempeng tektonik tinggi seperti Indonesia, perencanaan struktur bangunan perlu memenuhi persyaratan utama berupa ketahanan terhadap gempa. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan adalah perencanaan berbasis kinerja (performance-based design). Melalui pendekatan ini, kondisi kinerja bangunan serta mekanisme keruntuhan yang mungkin terjadi dapat digambarkan dalam bentuk kurva dengan menggunakan analisis statis nonlinier (pushover). Proses pushover dilakukan dengan memberikan beban lateral statik pada pusat massa tiap lantai, lalu beban tersebut dinaikkan secara bertahap hingga terbentuk pola keruntuhan dan struktur mencapai perpindahan sasaran (target displacement) yang ditentukan. Pada penelitian ini, evaluasi tingkat kinerja struktur mengacu pada ketentuan ATC-40 dan FEMA 440, serta mengikuti pedoman perancangan bangunan tahan gempa terbaru, yaitu SNI 1726:2019. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari gambar as-built, kemudian diolah melalui pemodelan ulang menggunakan parameter yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi wilayah lokasi studi. Seluruh proses pemodelan dan analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak ETABS v2021. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan penilaian kinerja dengan metode ATC40, drift maksimum pada arah sumbu X sebesar 0,018385703 dan pada arah sumbu Y sebesar 0,019834525. Sementara itu, berdasarkan metode FEMA 440, diperoleh target perpindahan pada arah sumbu X sebesar 0,028797 dan pada arah sumbu Y sebesar 0,027578. Dengan demikian, evaluasi kinerja struktur gedung vertikal 5 lantai tersebut berada pada kategori Immediate Occupancy (IO). In regions with high tectonic plate activity such as Indonesia, structural planning must prioritize an essential requirement: seismic resistance. One approach that can be applied is performance-based design. Through this method, a building’s performance and the expected collapse mechanism are interpreted in the form of curves using nonlinear static analysis (pushover analysis). The pushover procedure is carried out by applying a lateral static load pattern at the center of mass of each floor and then gradually increasing the load until a collapse pattern develops and the structure reaches a specified target displacement. In this study, the performance level assessment is based on ATC-40 and FEMA 440, referring to the latest seismic design standard, SNI 1726:2019. The data used were obtained from as-built drawings and processed by re-modeling the structure using parameters adjusted to the site conditions of the study area. All modeling and analyses were conducted using ETABS v2021. Based on the analysis results, the ATC-40 performance evaluation produced a maximum drift value of 0.018385703 in the X-direction and 0.019834525 in the Y-direction. Meanwhile, using the FEMA 440 method, the target displacement was 0.028797 in the Xdirection and 0.027578 in the Y-direction. Therefore, the overall performance assessment indicates that the 5-story building structure falls within the Immediate Occupancy (IO) performance level.
