Abstract
The increasing activity of young people who enjoy gathering while working on assignments or projects in cafes and communal spaces, coupled with South Jakarta's role as a hub for creative industry growth, requires collaborative spaces that support interaction, innovation, and business development. This final project designs a Creative Center with a sustainable architectural approach to address these needs. Sustainability principles are realized through passive design, the use of natural light and air, environmentally friendly materials, and the integration of green open spaces. The design produces a flexible, inclusive, and adaptive facility, while also serving to establish an innovative and sustainable creative ecosystem in South Jakarta. Keywords: Creative Hub, Creative Economy, Sustainable Architecture, Creative Space, Exhibition Space Fenomena meningkatnya aktivitas anak muda yang gemar berkumpul sambil mengerjakan tugas maupun pekerjaan di cafe dan tempat komunal. Serta peran Jakarta Selatan sebagai pusat pertumbuhan industri kreatif membutuhkan ruang kolaborasi yang mendukung interaksi, inovasi, dan pengembangan usaha. Tugas akhir ini merancang Creative Center dengan pendekatan arsitektur berkelanjutan untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut. Prinsip keberlanjutan diwujudkan melalui desain pasif, pemanfaatan cahaya dan udara alami, material ramah lingkungan, serta integrasi ruang terbuka hijau. Rancangan menghasilkan fasilitas yang fleksibel, inklusif, dan adaptif, sekaligus berperan sebagai pembentukan ekosistem kreatif yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan di Jakarta Selatan.
