Abstract
Pada studi ini dilakukan pengujian sambungan rope socket tipe konus yang dipasang pada wireline logging kabel 7-46 zvxs. Tujuan pengujian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kekuatan tarik maksimal yang dapat diterima oleh rope socket tipe konus yang dipasang pada wireline logging kabel 7-46 zvxs. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada rope socket dengan metode perhitungan dan uji kekuatan tarik didapatkan hasil sbb : a.) Gaya Tarik Maksimal yang dapat diterima oleh Rope Socket secara Analisis adalah 93.724,8 N atau 21.069 lbs. b.) Batas kemampuan Rope Soket secara uji tarik hanya mengijinkan rata-rata 67.063,95 N atau 15.076,58 lbs yakni 71,55 % dari Gaya Tarik secara analisis.
