Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Company Size, Liquidity, Sustainability Report, and Sales Growth on Financial Performance in SRI-KEHATI Indexed Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population inthis study is all SRI-KEHATI Index companies. The population size is 20 companies. The research sample used consisted of 10 companies. The sampling method used waspurposive sampling. This study used a quantitative method with a causality design. Thedata used was secondary data, collected through a documentation approach fromfinancial reports and sustainability reports published by companies during the period. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The analysis was carried out using Eviews software. Company Size has a positive effect on financial performance. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. TheSustainability Report has no effect on financial performance. Sales Growth has noeffect on financial performance. These findings suggest that companies need to improveoperational efficiency and liquidity management to improve financial performance in asustainable manner. Keywords: Company Size, Liquidity, Sustainability Report, Sales Growth OnFinancial Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh UkuranPerusahaan, Likuiditas, Sustainability Report, dan Sales Growth Terhadap KinerjaKeuangan pada Perusahaan Terindeks SRI-KEHATI Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan Indeks SRI-KEHATI. Jumlah populasi adalah sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian yang digunakanadalah sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Metode sampling digunakan adalah purposivesampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dikumpulkan melalui pendekatandokumentasi dari laporan keuangan dan laporan keberlanjutan yang diterbitkanperusahaan selama periode tersebut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Eviews. Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Likuiditasberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. SustainabilityReport tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Sales Growth tidak berpengaruhterhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa perusahaan perlumeningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pengelolaan likuiditas untuk meningkatkankinerja keuangan secara berkelanjutan.
