Abstract
The Anggrek Integrity Service Post (Posyandu Anggrek) under the auspices of the Pondok Kacang Timur Community Health Center (Puskesmas) still uses a manual reporting system for health services activities. This leads to potential recording errors, data management issues, and reporting delays, all of which become more complex as the scope of Integrated Primary Services (ILP). The purposes of this research was to create a mobile-based primary health care integration information system utilizing the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The XP method was chosen because it allows for incremental software development that is responsive to user needs. Data was gathered through direct observation and interviews with the Heads of Anggrek Integrity Service Post Cadre and the Head of Pondok Kacang Timur Community Health Center, and the results were analyzed using a fishbone diagram. The application was created with tools for data gathering data, recording, and reporting on health services throughout their existence. This study resulted in the creation of a successful mobile-based primary health care integration information system that assists Cadres of Posyandu Anggrek in recording and managing data, as well as Community Health Center staff in preparing reports in a more structured manner that is aligned with community health service needs. Keywords: Posyandu ILP, Information System, Mobile, Extreme Programming Posyandu Anggrek di bawah naungan Puskesmas Pondok Kacang Timur masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan. Hal ini menyebabkan potensi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kesulitan dalam mengelola data, dan keterlambatan pelaporan yang semakin kompleks seiring dengan perluasan cakupan layanan Integrasi Layanan Primer (ILP). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi integrasi layanan primer berbasis mobile dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP). Metode XP digunakan karena memungkinkan pengembangan perangkat lunak secara bertahap dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Proses pengumpulan kebutuhan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan Ketua Kader Posyandu Anggrek dan Kepala Puskesmas Pondok Kacang Timur dan dianalisis menggunakan diagram Fishbone. Aplikasi yang dirancang mencakup fitur pendataan, pencatatan dan pelaporan layanan kesehatan untuk seluruh siklus hidup manusia. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi integrasi layanan primer berbasis mobile yang berhasil dibangun dengan baik dalam mendukung Kader Posyandu dalam mencatat dan mengelola data, serta Tenaga Kesehatan Puskesmas dalam memantau laporan secara lebih terstruktur dan sesuai kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat.
