Abstract
Emerging adult women in Jakarta are vulnerable to experiencing a quarter-life crisis (QLC) due to developmental pressures, while father involvement plays an important role in maintaining emotional stability. This correlational quantitative study involved 230 women aged 18–29 years selected through accidental sampling, using the Quarter-Life Crisis Scale and the Father Involvement Scale, both of which demonstrated adequate validity and reliability. Spearman correlation analysis revealed a significant negative relationship between father involvement and QLC (p < 0.05), indicating that higher levels of father involvement are associated with lower levels of QLC, thereby positioning father involvement as a protective factor in coping with psychological pressures during the transition to adulthood. Keywords: father involvement, quarter-life crisis, emerging adulthood Perempuan emerging adult di Jakarta rentan mengalami quarter-life crisis (QLC) akibat tekanan perkembangan, sementara keterlibatan ayah berperan dalam menjaga kestabilan emosional. Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional ini melibatkan 230 perempuan berusia 18–29 tahun yang diambil melalui accidental sampling, menggunakan Quarter-Life Crisis Scale dan Father Involvement Scale yang valid dan reliabel. Analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara keterlibatan ayah dan QLC (p < 0.05), yang menegaskan bahwa semakin tinggi keterlibatan ayah, semakin rendah tingkat QLC, sehingga keterlibatan ayah menjadi faktor protektif dalam menghadapi tekanan psikologis pada masa transisi menuju kedewasaan.
