Abstract
Assets are working capital is very important in supporting the performance of the institution . Assets need to be managed , in identifying and cared for so that it is always optimal. Assets information system is a solution to provide ease of existing asset management activities at PT . Jaya Selaras Maju Bersama ( JSMB ). Besides the design of the system is also able to help the person in charge of assets in order to provide rapid and accurate information about the presence, repair history, and the costs already incurred for the management of assets in whole or per each asset. In the design of information systems are built in this thesis uses object - oriented programming techniques, the Unified Modeling Language (UML). And the development model used is the Spiral model. A Assets System Information at PT . Jaya Selaras Maju Bersama In the design of HTML , PHP , and MySQL as the database. Keywords : Information Systems, Asset, Spiral Model, PHP & Mysql Asset merupakan modal kerja yang sangat penting dalam menunjang kinerja institusi. Asset perlu dikelola, di identifikasi dan dirawat dengan baik sehingga kondisinya selalu optimal. Sistem informasi asset merupakan sebuah solusi untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan kegiatan pengelolaan asset yang ada pada PT. Jaya Selaras Maju Bersama (JSMB). Selain itu rancangan sistem ini juga dapat membantu penanggung jawab asset untuk dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dan cepat mengenai keberadaan, histori perbaikan, dan biaya yang sudah dikeluarkan untuk pengelolaan asset baik secara menyeluruh maupun per masing-masing asset. Dalam perancangan sistem informasi yang dibangun dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan teknik pemrograman berorientasi objek, yaitu Unified Modeling language (UML). Dan model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Spiral. Sistem informasi asset pada PT. Jaya Selaras Maju Bersama ini di rancang HTML, PHP, dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Asset, Metode Spiral, PHP dan Mysql.
