Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Instansi X. Kesejahteraan psikologis merupakan keadaan dimana seseorang mempunyai sikap positif terhadap diri sendiri maupun orang lain, dapat mengambil keputusan, mengontrol perilakunya, serta menciptakan dan mempelajari lingkungan sekitarnya agar kondusif sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Dukungan sosial merupakan bantuan ataupun dukungan yang diterima individu dari orang lain dalam satu kelompok atau jejaring sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 104 orang di Instansi X, dipilih dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan skala dukungan sosial dan skala kesejahteraan psikologis, serta sudah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diterima oleh individu, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis yang dirasakan This study aims to examine the effect of social support on the psychological wellbeing of Civil Servants at Institution X. Psychological Well-Being is defined as a condition in which an individual has a positive attitude towards themselves and others, is capable of making decisions, controlling their behaviour, and adapting or shaping their environment to meet their needs. Social support refers to the assistance or support received by an individual from others within group or social network. This research employed a quantitative method with a correlational design. The study sample consisted of 104 participants from Institution X, selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected through a social support scale and a psychological well-being scale, both of which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate a significant effect of social support on psychological wellbeing. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the higher the social support received by an individual, the higher their perceived level of psychological well-being.
