Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Motivasi Intrinsik, dan Berbagi Pengetahuan terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif karyawan PT Kimia Farma Plant Jakarta. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari pada fenomena rendahnya tingkat partisipasi karyawan dalam program “Sumbang Saran” yang diinisiasi perusahaan sebagai upaya dalam mendorong inovasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Populasi yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Kimia Farma Plant Jakarta Bagian Produksi 2 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 karyawan yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner daring berbasis platform Google Form. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian berjenis kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode Analisa Deskriptif, dan Analisis Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif (P Values = 0.273), begitu pula motivasi intrinsik juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif (P Values = 0.427). Namun berbagi pengetahuan terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif (P Values = 0.000). Dari temuan ini memperlihatkan bahwa dalam konteks perusahaan manufaktur BUMN, perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan lebih dipicu oleh proses berbagi pengetahuan apabila dibandingkan dengan persepsi dukungan organisasi dan motivasi intrinsik. Implikasi praktis penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pihak PT Kimia Farma untuk memperkuat budaya berbagi pengetahuan secara sistematis, dapat melalui forum rutin, pelatihan, maupun insentif, agar inovasi karyawan dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan dan mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support, Intrinsic Motivation, and Knowledge Sharing on Innovative Work Behaviour of PT Kimia Farma Plant Jakarta employees. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of low employee participation in the “Sumbang Saran” program that initiated by the company as an effort to encourage innovation and continuous improvement. The population tested in this study were all employees of PT Kimia Farma Plant Jakarta Production Department 2 with with a total of 51 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Form. This research employed an associative quantitative approach with Descriptive Analysis and Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS version 4 application. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support does not have a significant influence on innovative work behaviour (P values = 0.273), as well as the intrinsic motivation also does not have a significant influence on innovative work behaviour (P values = 0.427). However, knowledge sharing has a positive effect on innovative work behaviour (P values = 0.000). These results indicate that, within the context of BUMN manufacturing company, employees innovative work behaviour is driven more by the knowledge sharing activities than by perceived organizational support or intrinsic motivation. The practical implications this study highlights the importance of knowledge sharing through regular forums, training programs, and incentives mechanisms to foster sustainable employee innovation and create more value for the company.
