Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Store Atmosphere on product quality and Advertising on Customer Loyalty at J.CO Donuts & Coffe. The subjects of this study were J.CO Donuts Balekota Tangerang customers. This research is a quantitative type that uses primary data. The sample used in this study was 180 respondents. The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling method. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the Store Atmosphere had a positive but not significant influence on J.CO Donuts Customer Loyalty in Balekota Tangerang. Product Quality research results have a positive but not significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Balekota Tangerang. The results of the study show that advertising has a positive and significant influence on J.CO Donuts customer loyalty in Balekota Tangerang. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, Advertising, Customer Loyalty, J.CO Donuts Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Store Atmosphere kualitas produk, dan Iklan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan J.CO Donuts & Coffe. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan J.CO Donuts Balekota Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 180 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Store Atmosphere memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan J.CO Donuts di Balekota Tangerang. Hasil penelitian Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Balekota Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Iklan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan J.CO Donuts di Balekota Tangerang.
