Abstract
This Research was about Influence of current ratio, net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, and return on investment to investment opportunity set (IOS). The purpose of this research is to analyze significancy of the influence of CR, NPM, DER, and ROI to IOS simultantly and partially within manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that distributed dividend successively in 2008 – 2010. This research was using of descriptive quantitative. The result of this research will be showing that CR, NPM, DER, and ROI influenced to IOS significantly. But partially, CR and ROI influenced to IOS unsignificantly, otherwise NPM and DER influenced to IOS significantly.
