Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of each variable. This study was to determine the effect of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax exemptions and the exemption of the Duty to Obtain Rights to Land and Buildings in DKI Jakarta Provin. This study consisted of 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. This study uses secondary data. The sample was chosen by the NonProbability Sample Method. Choose samples based on certain criteria that are suitable for the purpose of the study. Analysis of research data using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Governor Regulation 259 of 2015 concerning the release of the property tax and the Implementation of Governor Regulation 126 of 2017 concerning the exemption of Fees for acquiring land and building rights does not affects regional tax revenues. Keywords: Property Taxes, Fees for acquiring land and building rights, Tax Revenues Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh masingmasing variabel. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembebasan PBB-P2 dan pembebasan BPHTB terhadap penerimaan Pajak Daerah. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel independen dan 1 variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel dipilih dengan Metode Sampel Non-Probabilitas. Memilih sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan program SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Pergub 259 Tahun 2015 tentang pembebasan PBB dan Penerapan Pergub 126 Tahun 2017 tentang pembebasan BPHTB tidak berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan pajak daerah.
