Abstract
Non Green Open Space (NGOS) is one of the elements of urban planning. One of the Public Non Green Open Spaces in the city of North Jakarta is in the garden of the Pluit Reservoir. Pluit Reservoir Park was previously a wild building area that was converted into an open space in 2013 until now. At this time the function of the Ampliteater, Plaza and Field Space in the Pluit Reservoir Park as a Non Green Open Space is quite maximal. This Non Green Open Space can accommodate several functions, namely; 1) Ecological; 2) Economical; 3) Architecture and 4) Emergency. Non Green Open Space (NGOS) is planned in such a way as to be able to provide benefits to the lives of urban communities. Keywords: non green open space, function, Pluit Reservoir Ruang Terbuka Non Hijau (RTNH) merupakan salahsatu elemen dari perencanaan kota. Salah satu Ruang Terbuka Non Hijau Publik di kota Jakarta Utara ada ditaman Waduk Pluit. Taman waduk Pluit ini sebelumnya adalah Kawasan bangunan liar yang di ubah menjadi sebuah ruang terbuka pada tahun 2013 hingga saat ini. Pada saat ini fungsi Ruang Ampliteater, Plasa, dan Lapangan di Taman Waduk Pluit sebagai Ruang Terbuka Non Hijau sudah cukup maksimal. Ruang Terbuka Non Hijau ini bisa mengakomodasi beberapa fungsi yaitu; 1) Ekologis; 2) Ekonomis; 3) Arsitektural dan 4) Darurat. Ruang Terbuka Non Hijau (RTNH) yang direncanakan sedemikian rupa agar bisa memberikan manfaat bagi kehidupan masyarakat perkotaan. Kata kunci : ruang terbuka non hijau, fungsi, Waduk Pluit
