Abstract

The research is aiming to acknowledge the influence of Corporprate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governonce to disclousure of Sustainability Report (Empirical study on BUMN company 2012-2016). Population in this research is state owned enterprise period 2012-2016. Sample in this research as 18 from 28 companies. The result of research int indicate that (1) corporate social responsibility significant effect on the disclosure sustainability report (2) good corporate governonce significant effect on disclosure sustainability report. Key word : Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governonce Sustainability Report. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporae Social Responsibility dan Good Corporate Governonce terhadap pengungkapan Sustainability Report (Studi empiris pada perusahaan BUMN tahun 2012-2016). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan BUMN periode 2012-2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 18 dari 28 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Tehnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) corporate social responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report, (2) good corporate governonce berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report. Kata kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governonce Sutainability Report
