Abstract
PT XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing and sales distribution where in addition to producing motorcycle units, the company also sells motorcycles through dealers. Currently PT XYZ has three main business processes, namely H1 (Sales Unit), H2 (Service), and H3 (Spare Parts Sales). This time, there is no application that can be used to run the H1 PT XYZ business process. Each dealer has its own way of selling motorcycle units (H1). This has led to the absence of standardization of the business unit sales process. This is what makes PT XYZ difficult to monitor every sale at each dealer. Because of that, Dealer Application (Dealer Integrated Management System) was built. Dealer application is an application that can be used as a standardization of motorcycle unit sales (H1) for each dealer. So that with the Application Dealer it is expected to increase sales, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. Through this application, PT XYZ is facilitated to obtain data to be analyzed for decision making related to increasing unit sales (H1). In the execution of the Dealer Application there is a report that includes the responsibility of daily activities carried out in the company as well as supporting documents such as the Specification Program, Test Request Form, Detail Instruction, Term of References, Plan Implementation Project, Minutes of Meeting, Activity Log, and Attendance List. Key words: Documentation, Testing, Dealer PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufacturing dan sales distribution dimana selain memproduksi unit motor, perusahaan ini juga menjual motor melalui dealer. Saat ini PT XYZ memiliki tiga proses bisnis utama, yaitu H1 (Penjualan Unit), H2 (Service), dan H3 (Penjualan Spare Part). Saat ini belum ada aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk menjalankan proses bisnis H1 PT XYZ. Setiap dealer memiliki cara tersendiri dalam melakukan penjualan unit motor (H1). Hal ini menyebabkan tidak adanya standarisasi bisnis proses penjualan unit. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan PT XYZ sulit untuk melakukan monitoring setiap penjualan pada setiap dealer. Hal tersebut menjadi latar belakang untuk membangun Aplikasi Dealer (Dealer Integrated Management System). Aplikasi Dealer adalah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai standarisasi penjualan unit motor (H1) bagi setiap dealer. Sehingga dengan adanya Aplikasi Dealer diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan, efektifitas, efisiensi dan produktivitas. Melalui aplikasi ini PT XYZ dipermudah memperoleh data yang akan dianalisis untuk pengambilan keputusan terkait peningkatan penjualan unit (H1). Dalam pengerjaan Aplikasi Dealer terdapat laporan yang mencakup pertanggungjawaban kegiatan harian yang dilakukan di perusahaan serta dokumen pendukung seperti Specification Program, Test Request Form, Detail Instruction, Term of References, Plan Implementation Project, Minutes of Meeting, Log Activity, dan Daftar hadir.
