Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis discusses the application of balanced scorecard as a performance measurement tool in PT. PERUSAHAAN GAS NEGARA (Persero) Tbk. data collected through direct surfey at PT. PERUSAHAAN GAS NEGARA (Persero) Tbk. by way of documentation and obserfasi, and data analysis in quantitative descriptive done to analyze the data obtained based on the numbers, percentages, and the average for the four perspectives that exist in the concept of balanced scorecard that includes the financial perspective, customer perspective , internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The results of reviews balanced scorecard at PT. PERUSAHAAN GAS NEGARA (Persero) Tbk. in the year 2008 is generally performing well, because the realization of the target company's performance or close to the RKAP company.
