Abstract
ABSTRACT This research about measurement of performance evaluation using Balance Scorecard at PT Indosiar Karya Media Tbk. The purpose to know how using Balance Scorecard for company strategy. This research was using of the descriptive quantitative and qualitative data analyze consist of financial data, operational data, and employee data for period 2007 and 2008.
