Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is about fiscal financial statement as the basis for reason calculation of income tax tax payer agency at the PT. Multi Logam Abadi. The purpose of this research is how to know the fiscal financial statement in accordance with the laws of number 17 in 2000. This research uses descriptive data analysis methods of quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The kind of data in use are the primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used in this research are literature research method and field research method. This result of this research will be showing that fiscal financial statement in conformity with the fiscal legislation number 17 in 2000 but there are some that do not match, where the company has not made the fiscal correction .
