Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to test whether the profitability ratio (in this study Return on Investment / ROI) influence on fluctuation stock price. Population used is the company's 18 food and beverage industry are active in the Indonesian Stock Exchange trading period 2004-2007 and the sample 12 companies. This research uses the dependent variable fluctuationof stock prices, while the independent variables Return on Investment (ROI). The result of this research indicate that Return on Investment (ROI) has no significant influenced the fluctuation of stock price.
