Abstract

ABSTRACT The goal of this research is to know how the financial performances of PT Asuransi Kerugian X if measured by the generally accepted concept in financial analysis and how if measured by RBC aspects. This RBC method is based on the Ministry of Finance decree number 422/KMK.06/2003. This research will be based on PT Asuransi Kerugian X financial statement for the period of 2005 until 2008. And this research uses the descriptive quantitative comparative. The result of this research will show that on period of 2005 until 2008, the financial performances of PT Asuransi Kerugian X is not good based on the generally accepted concept in financial analysis and also show that PT Asuransi Kerugian X fulfill all the criteria on the Ministry of Finance decree number 422/KMK.06/2003 on the period of 2005 until 2008, only for the year 2007 financial performances of PT Asuransi Kerugian X is not good with the RBC ratio of 2007 is 104%.
