Abstract

The Analysis of PLTU.NTB.1 – Bima 2 x 10 MW from the investment and operational costs of PLTD were planned to operate for 30 years in terms of economic and financial result that PLTD is not feasible to build and operate, since the equity IRR and project IRR has a value less than WACC, value of BCR and NPV has negative value and The PLTD Levelized price of electricity tarif. Has more then PLTU , while the analysis of the first phase of the PLTU, and the PLTU Advanced Stage declared equity IRR and IRR of the project has value more than with WACC and BCR , NPV have positive value with a payback period of 5 years, and Levelized electricity tarif price are less than PLTD, so we concluded, that the advance stage of PLTU NTB.1 – Bima 2 x 10 MW were feasible to continue build in NTB-Bima. Analisis Implementasi PLTU.NTB.1 –Bima 2 x 10 MW dari sisi biaya investasi dan operasional terhadap PLTD yang direncanakan dapat beroperasi selama 30 tahun ditinjau dari segi economic dan financial diperoleh hasil bahwa PLTD tidak layak untuk dibangun dan dioperasikan karena nilai IRR equity dan IRR proyeknya nilai lebih kecil dari WACC, nilai BCR dan NPVnya negatif, Levelized harga tarif listriknya PLTD lebih besar dari PLTU, sedangkan dari hasil analisis terhadap PLTU Tahap pertama dan Tahap Lanjutan dinyatakan layak karena IRR equity dan IRR proyek mempunyai nilai lebih besar dari nilai WACC, nilai BCR dan nilai NPV positive ,sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa PLTU tahap lanjutan masih layak diteruskan pembangunanya, Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan daya listrik di NTB-Bima Kata kunci : Analisis Kelayakan PLTU.NTB-Bima2 x 10 MW.
