Abstract

Prototype which isn't at Final Duty applied for the Robot of Conveyor which there are in Industry, that is in the form of equipments of mechanic able to bring object of obyek from one place to other place conducted election beforehand to object of obyek wanted to be removed and process hereinafter. This Prototype consist of 4 bodywork that is a Kontroller base on Programmable Logic Controller ( PLC ) with FEC FC400 type, censor, mechanic system and aktuator . used censor in the form of switch limit. Switch Limit as input of detection the existence of object of objek.sensor.limit switch 1 attached on course early coveyor. And switch limit 2 attached final on course conveyor. Aktuator in the form of motor of dc as activator of mechanic. And it self mechanic system consist of frame of alumunium and some structured gear so that can conduct some wanted movement. Way of this appliance activity is object of obyek, to detect to through censor of LS1 which later;then give sinyal to PLC to govern actuator so that conveyor will make a move to bring object object for the process of pesetempelan, Object object which have disetempel will make a move go to LS2, LS2 give sinyal to PLC to conduct sorting. Prototype yang dipaparkan pada Tugas Akhir ini diterapkan untuk Robot Conveyor yang terdapat di Industri, yaitu berupa peralatan mekanik yang dapat membawa benda obyek dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain dengan melakukan pemilihan terlebih dahulu terhadap benda obyek yang diinginkan untuk dipindahkan dan melakukan proses selanjutnya. Prototype ini terdiri dari 4 bagian utama yaitu sebuah Kontroller berbasis Programmable Logic Controller ( PLC ) dengan type FEC FC400, sensor, aktuator dan sistem mekanik. . Sensor yang digunakan berupa limit switch. Limit switch sebagai input pendeteksi adanya benda objek.sensor.limit switch 1 dipasang pada posisi awal coveyor. Dan limit switch 2 dipasang pada posisi akhir conveyor. Aktuator berupa motor dc sebagai penggerak mekanik. Dan sistem mekanik itu sendiri terdiri dari rangka alumunium dan beberapa roda gigi (gear) yang tersusun agar dapat melakukan beberapa gerakan yang diinginkan. Cara kerja alat ini adalah benda obyek, yang akan dideteksi melalui sensor LS1 yang kemudian memberikan sinyal kepada PLC untuk melakukan perintah pada actuator sehingga conveyor akan bergerak membawa benda objek untuk proses pesetempelan, Benda objek yang telah disetempel akan bergerak menuju LS2, LS2 memberikan sinyal kepada PLC untuk melakukan penyortiran.
