Abstract

Human resources is a very important organizational element as the main pillar as well as the wheel of the organization in an effort to realize the vision and mission of organizational goals, as well as optimal employee performance, is the hope and purpose of BPJS Employment as a non-ministerial government agency engaged in employment insurance that is located under and directly responsible to the President. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of employee retention, employee training and employee satisfaction on employee performance BPJS Banten Region Employment. The research design used a quantitative method. Population amounted to 102 with the size of the sample using slovin formula of 81 respondents, data analysis processing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the significant effect on Employee Performance BPJS Employment Kanwil Banten is Employee Training and Employee Satisfaction. While Employee Retention has no effect on Employee Performance. Thus it is expected that the management can pay attention to these factors in an effort to improve employee performance to achieve organizational goals, vision, and mission. Sumber daya manusia merupakan elemen organisasi yang sangat penting sebagai pilar utama sekaligus penggerak roda organisasi dalam upaya mewujudkan visi dan misi dari tujuan organisasi seperti halnya kinerja karyawan yang optimal merupakan harapan dan tujuan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sebagai Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian yang bergerak di bidang asuransi ketenagakerjaan yang berada dibawah dan bertanggungjawab langsung kepada Presiden. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh retensi karyawan, pelatihan karyawan dan kepuasan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Wilayah Banten. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 102 dengan besarnya sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebesar 81 responden, pengolahan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil Banten adalah Pelatihan Karyawan dan Kepuasan Karyawan. Sedangkan Retensi Karyawan tidak berpengaruh pada Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan demikian diharapkan pihak manajemen dapat memperhatikan faktor tersebut dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan, visi dan misi organisasi.
