description: This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of cultural diversity, work  motivation and participatory leadership on work effectiveness (study on employees of  PT. Binakarindo Yacoagung). The population in the researcher's analysis is employees  of PT. Binakarindo Yacoagung. The population of this study was 82 respondents. The  method of sampling using survey techniques, with a sample of 82 respondents. This  study is a quantitative research with data collection methods using survey methods,  with research instruments are questionnaires using likert scale as a questionnaire  research tool. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression processes with  Smart-PLS. the results of the study show that cultural diversity has a positive and  significant effect on work effectiveness with a result of 0,445 and a T-Statistic of 3,009  and a P-Value of 0,003,Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on  work effectiveness with a result of 0,062 and a T-Statistic of 0,526 and a P-Value of  0,599 Participative leadership has a positive and significant effect on work  effectiveness with a result of 0,454 and a T-Statistic of 3,215 and a P-Value of 0,001.  Keywords: Cultural Diversity, Work Motivation, Participatory Leadership, Work Effectiveness    Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh diversitas  budaya, motivasi kerja serta kepemimpinan partisipatif terkait efektivitas kerja (studi  pada Karyawan PT. Binakarindo Yacoagung). Populasi pada analisis peneliti ialah  karyawan PT. Binakarindo Yacoagung. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 82 responden.  Metode penarikan sampel memakai teknik survey, pada jumlah sampel 82 responden.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data memakai  metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian ialah kuesioner memakai skala likert  selaku alat penelitian kuesioner. Metode analisis data memakai regresi linier berganda  yang diolah dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan jika Diversitas  Budaya berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja dengan hasil  0,445 dan memiliki T-Statistik 3,009 dan P-Value 0,003. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh  positif serta tidak signifikan terkait Efektivitas Kerja dengan hasil 0,062 dan memiliki  T-Statistik 0,526 dan P-Value 0,599. Kepemimpinan Partisipatif berpengaruh positif  dan signifikan terkait Efektivitas Kerja dengan hasil 0,454 dan memiliki T-Statistik  3,215 dan P-Value 0,001.
