One form of response\r\nto this condition is the emergence of regional-based communities that serve as a\r\nspace for individuals to strengthen social relations, including the online driver\r\ncommunity Sadulur Parahyangan Grup Grab.\r\nThis study aims to describe the interpersonal communication conducted\r\namong members of the Sadulur Parahyangan Grup Grab community in maintaining\r\ncommunity solidarity. This community serves as a social forum for online car\r\ndrivers from Tatar Sunda who migrate and work in the Jabodetabek area. The study\r\nemploys a qualitative approach with descriptive methods.\r\nData were collected through in-depth interviews with seven informants\r\nwho are active members and administrators of the community, supported by\r\nobservations and documentation studies. The research findings indicate that\r\ninterpersonal communication within this community occurs in various forms, such\r\nas direct communication during kopdar (offline gatherings), communication\r\nthrough WhatsApp groups, and personal interactions between members.\r\nCommunity solidarity is built through high interaction intensity, openness among\r\nmembers, emotional closeness, and shared social norms. Additionally, community\r\nsymbols such as logos, slogans, and community t-shirts also serve as\r\nreinforcements of solidarity within the migrant environment.\r\nThis study concludes that interpersonal communication patterns\r\nestablished regularly and openly among members play an important role in\r\nmaintaining togetherness, solidarity, and collective identity in the midst of urban\r\nlife dynamics. Salah satu bentuk respons atas kondisi tersebut adalah hadirnya komunitas\r\nberbasis kedaerahan yang menjadi ruang bagi individu untuk mempererat relasi\r\nsosial, termasuk komunitas driver online Sadulur Parahyangan Grup Grab.\r\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan komunikasi interpersonal\r\nyang dilakukan antar anggota Komunitas Sadulur Parahyangan Grup Grab dalam\r\nmenjaga solidaritas komunitas. Komunitas ini merupakan wadah sosial bagi para\r\ndriver mobil online asal Tatar Sunda yang merantau dan bekerja di wilayah\r\nJabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode\r\ndeskriptif.\r\nData dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap tujuh informan\r\nyang merupakan anggota aktif dan pengurus komunitas, serta didukung oleh\r\nobservasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi\r\ninterpersonal dalam komunitas ini berlangsung melalui berbagai bentuk, seperti\r\nkomunikasi langsung dalam kegiatan kopdar, komunikasi melalui grup WhatsApp,\r\ndan komunikasi personal antar anggota. Solidaritas komunitas terbentuk melalui\r\nintensitas interaksi yang tinggi, keterbukaan antar anggota, kedekatan emosional,\r\ndan adanya norma sosial yang disepakati bersama. Selain itu, simbol-simbol\r\nkomunitas seperti logo, slogan, dan kaos komunitas juga menjadi penguat\r\nsolidaritas di lingkungan perantauan.\r\nPenelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pola komunikasi interpersonal yang\r\nterjalin secara rutin dan terbuka antar anggota menjadi faktor penting dalam\r\nmenjaga kekompakan, solidaritas, serta identitas kolektif komunitas di tengah\r\ndinamika kehidupan urban.
