abstract: The main role of human resources that is managed properly can determine
the existence, effectiveness, and efficiency of the company. Productivity is an
important criterion that must be considered in today's highly competitive business
environment. Measurement of company productivity is done by comparing the
output produced with the production factors owned by the company. This study aims
to determine the relationship between work environment, work motivation and
workload on the work productivity of PT. Hilon Tangerang. The object of this
research is the employees of PT. Hilon Tangerang and the number of samples used
in this study were 160 respondents. The sampling method used total sample method,
the data collection method used the questionnaire method and the data analysis
used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the work environment had
a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Hilon Tangerang,
work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of
PT. Hilon Tangerang, workload has a positive and significant effect on the work
productivity of PT. Hilon Tangerang.

Peranan utama sumber daya manusia yang dikelola dengan baik dapat
menentukan eksistensi, efektivitas, dan efisiensi pada perusahaan. Produktivitas
menjadi suatu kriteria penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam lingkungan bisnis
yang sangat kompetitif pada saat sekarang ini. Pengukuran produktivitas
perusahaan dilakukan dengan membandingkan keluaran yang dihasilkan dengan
faktor - faktor produksi yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan beban
kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja PT. Hilon Tangerang. Objek penelitian ini adalah
karyawan dari PT. Hilon Tangerang dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini sebanyak 160 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan
metode total sampling, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner
dan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian
diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Hilon Tangerang, motivasi kerja berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Hilon Tangerang,
beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja
karyawan PT. Hilon Tangerang.
