Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarluaskan kepada responden melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan pada software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of compensation, job stress, and perceived organizational support on turnover intention among employees at Vania Interior Furnishings. The research involved 72 respondents and employed a causal quantitative research method. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method, in which all members of the population were included as the sample. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to respondents via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS version 4 software.
