abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Literasi Keuangan,
Kemampuan Finansial, dan Kemudahan Transaksi terhadap penggunaan dompet
digital ShopeePay pada Generasi Z. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif
dengan desain kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah individu Gen Z yang
aktif menggunakan ShopeePay. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive
sampling dengan jumlah 105 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah
kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode
regresi menggunakan software SmartPLS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Literasi Keuangan dan Kemudahan Transaksi
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan ShopeePay, sedangkan Kemampuan
Finansial tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa
pemahaman keuangan dan kemudahan teknologi lebih menentukan penggunaan
dompet digital di kalangan Gen Z.

This research aims to examine the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial
Capability, and Transaction Ease on the use of ShopeePay digital wallet among
Generation Z. This study employs a quantitative approach with a causal research
design. The population consists of Generation Z individuals who actively use
ShopeePay. The sample of 105 respondents was selected using purposive sampling.
Data were collected through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire. The data
analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression with the assistance of
SmartPLS software.The results show that Financial Literacy and Transaction Ease
have a significant positive effect on the usage of ShopeePay, while Financial
Capability does not show a significant effect. These findings indicate that digital
financial understanding and transaction convenience are more decisive than actual
financial ability in influencing the adoption of digital wallets among Gen Z users.
