Abstract

A smart security system or commonly referred to as smart security is a security system that mostly uses smart components that are connected and integrated from one component to another by utilizing an internet network based on Internet of Things. In this modern era, smart security systems are widely used in various aspects of human life, including in the server room. The design system for this smart security tool is implemented in the server room by using several components. These are involving ESP32-Cam microcontroller, fingerprint sensor, motion sensor or PIR (Passive Infrared Receiver), buzzer and Telegram messaging application. These components are connected and integrated into one device using internet network to send notifications in the form of a captured image, which will be sent to the Telegram messaging application on a smartphone or laptop if movement or activity is detected in the server room. Based on the results of testing the design of the tool, we got the results of the overall tested data from this system. The PIR sensor can detect movement at a distance from 0 to 7 meters, which marked by the active buzzer and the appearance of a notification to the Telegram application on a smartphone or laptop with an average delay time between 1 and 3 seconds. Moreover, the total of data storage that is required to use is approximately 3.1-megabyte. Furthermore, this smart security system can also distinguish between members and non-members of the server room. With the implementation of the smart security tools in this server room, it substantially increases security and reliability in the server room. Keywords: ESP32-Cam, Fingerprint, PIR Sensor, Smart Security, Telegram Sistem keamanan pintar atau biasa disebut sebagai smart security merupakan sistem keamanan yang sebagian besar menggunakan komponenkomponen pintar yang terhubung dan terintegrasi antara satu komponen ke komponen yang lain dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet berbasis Internet of Things. Pada era modern seperti saaat ini, sistem keamanan pintar sangat banyak digunakan di berbagai aspek kehidupan tidak terkecuali ruang server. Sistem rancang bangun alat smart security ini terimplementasi pada ruang server dengan dirancang menggunakan beberapa komponen-komponen meliputi mikrokontroler ESP32-Cam, sensor sidik jari atau fingerprint, sensor gerak atau PIR (Passive Infrared Receiver), buzzer serta aplikasi pesan Telegram. Komponenkomponen tersebut terhubung dan terintegrasi manjadi satu dengan jaringan internet untuk mengirimkan notifikasi berupa capture gambar yang akan dikirimkan ke aplikasi pesan Telegram pada smartphone atau laptop apabila terdeteksi adanya gerakan atau aktivitas di dalam ruang server. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian rancang bangun alat di dapatkan hasil data pengujian secara keseluruhan dari sistem ini, sensor PIR mampu mendeteksi gerakan pada jarak 0 sampai 7 meter ditandai oleh aktifnya buzzer dan munculnya notifikasi ke aplikasi Telegram pada smartphone atau laptop dengan delay waktu rata-rata yaitu 1 sampai 3 detik dan total penggunaan data storage selama 1 bulan yang dibutuhkan rata-rata yaitu sebesar 3,1 MB. Sistem smart security ini juga dapat membedakan anggota ruang server dan yang bukan anggota ruang server. Dengan terimplementasinya alat smart security pada ruang server ini, maka dapat menambah keamanan serta kehandalan pada ruang server.
