Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance mediated by burnout at PT. Ratu Magenta. The object of this research are employees of PT. Ratu Magenta as many as 80 respondents. The approach used in this study is Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on burnout of PT. Ratu Magenta. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout of PT. Ratu Magenta. Burnout has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Ratu Magenta. Workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Ratu Magenta. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Ratu Magenta. Keywords: Workload, Job Stress, Burnout, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediatori oleh burnout pada PT. Ratu Magenta. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Ratu Magenta sebanyak 80 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout karyawan PT. Ratu Magenta. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout PT. Ratu Magenta. Burnout berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ratu Magenta. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ratu Magenta. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ratu Magenta. Kata kunci : Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Burnout, Kinerja Karyawan.
